So since it said above that I can apply for refund after 30 days, I did that and I was shocked to get an email from them that my refund application cannot be considered as they say in their “terms of use” that the refund application should be sent within 30 days.

So they put contradictory statements on the website to mislead the customer and thereby avoid refunding the money.
